Gagosian Shop accepts returns on most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition prints, opened media, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original gallery packaging, including all documentation and certificates of authenticity to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the item and confirm its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
